Our minds and bodies are a vast collection of our stories. Some stories are buried deeply, some are bubbling up at the surface, just waiting to be told. And though the mining and sharing of our stories often brings us face to face with our own resistance - inner critical voices, vulnerability and self-censorship - it also opens the door to limitless freedom, self-confidence and connection with one another.
Join Beth Leas and Kerri Gawreluk for a very special 3-part workshop where we will courageously, with humor and grace, enter into the depths of our experiences and bring forth our stories in a safe, welcoming space.
Through a combination of generative writing exercises, meditative reflection, and group sharing and discussion, we will explore the courage, persistence, and patience that it takes to dive into memory and articulate our truths.
Workshop: Series of 3 Monday Evenings (10/23, 10/30, 11/6) 7pm-9pm
Special Pricing: $195. Space is limited.
