This New Moon Meditation is held on the actual day of the new moon to invite freshness into your life.
Beth will lead you on a guided meditation as you journey to your sacred space - into your deeper self, your pure essence, your spiritual resonance as you plant the seeds of dreams, goals, ideas, possibilities and guide yourself to a new beginning.
Join Beth Leas, a meditator for over 35 years and learn to develop the fundamental skills of meditation. She will guide you and offer you practical advice on creating your own meditation space at home and on following your own meditation practice.
Suitable for both new and experienced meditators. All classes include guided meditations.
