Carol Shwidock, a Yoga Therapist/Reiki Master and owner of Harmony Yoga Studio in Stamford CT is a Kripalu Certified Yoga Instructor since 2004. Carol has worked in the field of rehabilitation as an Occupational Therapist for over 25 years. She is available for Private Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga parties, Corporate Yoga as well group therapeutic yoga classes held at Harmony Yoga Studio.
