Exciting things are happening at Harmony Yoga's studio at Noelle's Day Spa - including new workshop and class offerings - in addition to private yoga sessions. This is the perfect place to practice yoga in an intimate, warm and nurturing environment. 

Carol Shwidock is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Occupational Therapist, and Reiki Master, and opened Harmony Yoga Studio in 2004. Carol teaches all the classes and loves the intimate environment that smaller classes offer. Many students start privately in a one on one session and then join the group classes. Carol teaches to the students needs in the moment, always using the breath as the anchor to explore the poses.
