Are you curious about doing a magical overnight meditation but not sure what that entails?

On Thursday, June 19th Michael will be doing mock (no medicine) 90 minute ceremonies that are representative of his work.. They will take place in the Solar Cabin at Sticks and Stones Farm in Newtown, CT. 

The sessions are limited to 8 participants each and there are two time slots available.

Session 1: 10am-11:30am

Session 2: 1pm- 2:30pm

The schedule is as follows:

Arrive at 9:45am (12:45pm for session 2) and get assigned a bed or mat (randomly)

10am (1pm/Session 2) Opening Integration: A brief chat and the setting of intentions

10:15 (1:15pm/Session 2) Drop in: Mingle or be still, do what you feel

10:30 (1:30pm/Session 2) Noble Silence: Meditate on your mat or bed for 15 minutes, no communication or contact of any kind, including eye contact (eye masks are recommended)

10:45 (1:45pm/Session 2) Closing Integration: Share your experience during your mediation, gather useful information

11am (2pm/Session 2) Soar: Dance, chat, eat some fruit (provided), celebrate

11:30pm (2:30pm/Session 2) End of Ceremony

The exchange is $15 per person
